When making online payments via bank cards, refunds in cash are not allowed. - The return of goods of proper quality is possible if its appearance, consumer properties, and the document confirming the purchase of the specified goods are preserved.

- In case of refusal of the goods by the consumer, the seller must return the amount paid by the consumer no later than ten days from the date of the consumer's submission of the corresponding request.
To refund the money to the bank card, it is necessary to fill out a 'Refund Application,' which is sent by the company upon request to the email address, and send it together with a copy of an identity document to the address

The refund will be made to the bank card within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the 'Refund Application' by the Company.
