Our website is connected to internet acquiring, and you can pay for the service with a Visa or Mastercard bank card. After confirming the selected product or service, a secure window with the payment page of JSC Bank CenterCredit will open, where you need to enter your bank card details. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication. If your issuing bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional authentication. Please check with the bank that issued your bank card for information on the rules and methods of additional authentication.

The online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard, based on principles of confidentiality and payment security. The most up-to-date methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission through closed communication channels are used for this purpose. Entering bank card data is done in a secure window on the payment page of JSC Bank CenterCredit.

The payment page fields require entering the card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa or CVC2 for Mastercard). All necessary data is displayed on the surface of the bank card.

CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card.

Next, in the same window, a page of your issuing bank will open for entering the 3-D Secure code. If you don't have static 3-D Secure set up, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If you haven't received the 3-D Secure code, please contact your issuing bank.

3-D Secure is the most advanced technology for securing card payments over the internet. It allows for the unequivocal identification of the authenticity of the cardholder conducting the transaction and greatly reduces the risk of fraudulent card transactions.

JSC Bank CenterCredit protects and processes your bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information transmission to the payment gateway occurs using SSL encryption technology. Further transmission of information occurs through closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability.

JSC Bank CenterCredit does not transmit your card data to us or any other third parties. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication.

The personal information provided by you (name, address, phone number, email, credit card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed.

Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our web server. The security of processing internet payments is guaranteed by JSC Bank CenterCredit. All operations with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard, and other payment systems.

Specialized security technologies for online card payments are used during data transmission, and data processing is carried out on a secure, high-tech server of the processing company.

Payment by bank cards is secure because:
  • The authorization system guarantees the buyer that the payment details of their payment card (number, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, as this data is not stored on the authorization server and cannot be stolen.
  • The buyer enters their payment details directly into the authorization system of JSC Bank CenterCredit, not on the website of the online store, therefore, the payment details of the buyer's card will not be accessible to third parties.
Refund Policy
When making online payments via bank cards, refunds in cash are not allowed.

The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems:
  1. The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer; after the transfer of the goods, the refusal must be processed within 14 days.
  2. The return of goods of proper quality is possible if its appearance, consumer properties, and the document confirming the purchase of the specified goods are preserved.
  3. The consumer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality with individually defined properties if the specified goods can only be used by the person acquiring them.
  4. In case of refusal of the goods by the consumer, the seller must return the amount paid by the consumer no later than ten days from the date of the consumer's submission of the corresponding request.
To refund the money to the bank card, it is necessary to fill out a 'Refund Application,' which is sent by the company upon request to the email address, and send it together with a copy of an identity document to the address arunaz_atelier@mail.ru.
The refund will be made to the bank card within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the 'Refund Application' by the Company.

To request a refund for transactions made in error, it is necessary to submit a written application along with a copy of an identity document and receipts/invoices confirming the erroneous deduction. This application should be sent to the address arunaz_atelier@mail.ru.

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The period for reviewing the Application and refunding the money begins from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in working days excluding holidays/weekends.

Cases of Payment Rejection:
  • The bank card is not intended for online payments, which can be confirmed by contacting your Issuing Bank.
  • Insufficient funds to cover the payment on the bank card. You can find out more about the availability of funds on the payment card by contacting the bank that issued the card.
  • Incorrect entry of bank card details.
  • The expiration date of the bank card has passed. The expiration date of the card is usually indicated on the front side of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the card's expiration date by contacting the issuing bank."
